Limited Risk

Chatbots, content generators, and AI that interacts with people. Must disclose AI use and label generated content. Deadline: August 2, 2026.

Minimal Risk

Internal analytics, spam filters, recommendation engines. No mandatory obligations — voluntary codes of conduct encouraged.
